MACARONI SALAD

One 7-oz. pkg. ring macaroni, cooked, drained, cooled

2 cups cabbage, chopped fine

Carrots, optional

2 cucumbers, sliced thin

1/2 green pepper, chopped

1 small onion, grated fine

  

Dressing:

1 cup Miracle Whip

1/2 cup sugar
  

1/4 cup white vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

Mix macaroni and vegetables together. Mix dressing ingredients, pour over macaroni/vegetable mixture. Refrigerate overnight.
